Nino Del Padre launched his videography business in 1991, taking video of weddings and corporate events, basing his operations in a closet in his apartment in Springfield. That was just a few years before the Internet and advances in computers opened up a world of opportunities for visually and technologically inclined entrepreneurs, and Del Padre was happy to jump on board.

Del Padre eventually moved into a spare room with a door, but more importantly, he later found a space in the East Longmeadow Industrial Park, where he began to develop his skills in Internet and multimedia productions. At first, admittedly 'primitive' Web sites designed in Microsoft Word were only a shadow of the advanced work to come, Del Padre said, while a subtle name change from Del Padre Video Productions to Del Padre Visual Productions reflected the potential of the future.

These days, overseeing a business that now encompasses television and radio production, CD-ROM development, high impact Web site design, 3D computer animation, and much more - as well as partnerships with institutions as diverse as LEGO, Mass Mutual, and even NASA, for which the company has developed an education program - Hardworking and ambitious, Nino Del Padre has leapt to the front of the class.

Del Padre visual productions is now one of the countries leading design studios in the county. Winner of many awards both local and global such as two Aegis Awards for video and film, The Blue Chip Enterprise Initiative Award, Computerworld Honors “A Search For New Heroes” , a 2004 Creative Merit Award and being named one of the Top 100 Producers in the county for three consecutive years by Studio Monthly Magazine. Del Padre and his company have also graced the covers of such national magazines such as AV Video Multimedia Producer and MX Developers Journal.

Del Padre’s other passions are acting and modeling. With his black hair and riveting brown eyes he has been described as having a disarmingly handsome face that's both boyish and masculine with a blend of sensuality. He can be seen in such major motion pictures as “Before and After” starring Meryl Streep, Liam Neeson and Edward Furlong, “Whipped” staring Amanda Peet and Brian Van Holt and Steven Spielberg’s “Amistad” staring Morgan Freeman, Anthony Hopkins and Matthew McConaughey.
